When you send your holiday monies to Sun Island you can have confidence that your holiday is in safe hands.

Your Safeguard - Passenger Protection. Sun Island Holidays is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the FSA(their registration number is 313486).

Article 7 of the council directive 90/314(EC) ("The Directive") of the European Community came into force on 1st January 1993 and has to be implemented in accordance with the terms of Regulation 20 of the Travel Package, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulation 1992 ("The Regulations") pursuant to the above Directive to establish protection for it's customers.

Sun Island Holidays therefore operate a Trust Fund in accordance with the above regulations. In practice, ALL monies paid to Sun Island Holidays, are held in trust until completion of your holiday. Excluding 'holding deposits' which is paid direct to the Hotel to secure your booking.

This is your safeguard and a copy of our Deed of Declaration of Trust can be supplied on request.
